This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a very well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide range of culinary options, with international restaurants and quality traditional tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all the comforts. The apartment: The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, give the space a warm feel. Accommodating up to 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom and window overlooking the courtyard; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the interior terrace. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes. The living/dining room has direct access to the interior terrace and is equipped with two double sofa beds. The independent kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. One bathroom has a large shower and the other a comfortable bathtub. A cot is available upon request, with a maximum of 5 days\' notice. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community. To be aware of: Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.

The integrated kitchen has all the appliances and utensils to cook comfortably. The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms: a double with a double bed and a room with two sets of bunk beds (two of the beds are foldable and provide a writing desk when needed). All beds have memory foam, 28cm mattress. The apartment has two comfortable, modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Both come with a large shower with a thermostatic valve, 350 litres hot water and heated towel rails. There is fibre-optic Internet and air conditioning in every room.
