This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.

Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, has an area of 85 m² and has the perfect layout for 8 people. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
As you enter, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa bed and a nice seating area.
It has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the third room has two single beds.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There is WiFi connection, heating.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter months November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
