Description
This apartment is located in the city center, a few meters from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid to go for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
Apartment:
Bright and spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment invites you to linger as soon as you enter.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, has an area of 85m², and has the perfect capacity for 8 people. Ideal for families with children or for groups of friends.
Entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful seating area.
It has three bedrooms, two of them have double beds, and the third room has two single beds.
The kitchen independent from the living room is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, dryer, individual boiler gas.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi connection, heating.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within 150 meters of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
