This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. Next, on the left-hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed, and one with two single beds.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot within approximately 150 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 13:00 to 23:00h.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
