The LATINA II apartment in Madrid
An unbeatable choice to enjoy Madrid
Bright and spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
The apartment is located in the basement of the building, which cannot be accessed by elevator but thanks to the slope of the street the house would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where you can enjoy with the family.
Although it is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being inside the building and its good isolation.
Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances and a large dining table.
The building has an access ramp to the portal and a concierge.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
