La Latina is a lively neighborhood situated on the grounds of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower, are two of the neighborhood's landmarks. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafeterias and street food stalls in the area are packed with visitors.
This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, just a few meters away from La Latina metro station.
Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
On entering the apartment to the right, there’s a modern kitchen provided with vitroceramic hobs, washing machine and all the utensils you may need to enjoy cooking during your stay in Madrid; on the left, you can access the first double bedroom equipped with two single beds.
The tastefully decorated living room comes with a leather sofa that turns into a single bed for one extra guest.
The sleeping area comprises two additional double bedrooms, both provided with a double bed and a beautiful décor in light colours.
The bathroom is modern in style and comes with a shower.
Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room.

The apartment does not have private parking; however, public parking facilities can be found within 150 meters of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that there is a EUR 50 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
