This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have aperitifs on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market. Spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter. Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, packed with services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being located in the interior part of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, there is an open space that integrates the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking, and the living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a lovely sofa next to the dining area. This environment has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, all with double beds.
It has two bathrooms with shower.
Partial air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the schedules in the heating months will be from 1:00 PM until 11:00 PM
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

With capacity for 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom and window overlooking the patio; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the inner terrace. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.
The dining room has direct access to the inner terrace and is equipped with two double sofa beds. The independent kitchen has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
