Description
The Latina Design III apartment is located right in the city centre, in the Barrio de la Latina. The oldest area of Madrid and one of the most sought-after by its visitors, full of streets steeped in history surrounding the Plaza Mayor and other iconic landmarks.
It is an excellent neighbourhood for strolling and going for tapas or enjoying its traditional restaurants.
Located next to the Rastro, the famous open-air market held on Sundays where you can stroll, find antique treasures or have a pre-dinner drink in the best atmosphere.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you'll find the living room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything needed for cooking. It has a full bathroom.
The living room has a seating and dining area.
It has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. All of them are exterior-facing and well-equipped.
There is Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours will be from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment if this prior process has not been carried out.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
