This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do shopping at Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you will find the living room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything necessary for cooking.
The living room has a living area and dining area.
The night area consists of three double bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms with shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the hours in the heating months will be from 1:00 pm until 11:00 pm

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

This apartment is located in a central and high-end residential area, next to the Business Institute and other important business centers, which makes it a particularly suitable choice for monthly work stays.
