Description
This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you will find the living room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything you need to cook.
The living room has a seating and dining area.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms with showers.
There is Wifi, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours in the winter months will be from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm
To be aware of:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
