It is situated on the fourth floor of the property, has capacity for three people and features a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa bed that integrates the kitchen, providing style and making perfect use of all the apartment's space.
It has a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed, custom-made wardrobe, television, air conditioning, ceiling fan and heating. The bedroom window overlooks the building's interior courtyard, which enjoys great tranquillity.
The apartment has a full bathroom with shower, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi connection.
