It is an excellent central location due to its good connection with any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the NE access to the city, the A2, and by public transport, next to the interchange and Avenida de América metro station. A neighbourhood originally popular that in recent years has been highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate offer, leisure, gastronomic culture and good atmosphere. Very close to one of the most important study centres in the city, IE, which attracts postgraduate students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. Very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods.
