The Apartment:
This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.
It has two spacious lounges. One of them has a double sofa bed and in turn integrates the dining area, while the second lounge stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa to share moments with the whole family.
It consists of four rooms divided as follows: the main room offers a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and also has a spacious loft accessible by stairs leading to a spatially designed workspace; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; the third room offers a cosy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that in turn has a double bed ideal for small families who wish to share the space; while the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with a toilet and shower tray perfect for privacy, and is also equipped with laundry appliances.
Additionally, the apartment has an extra bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have sufficient space for personal hygiene.
On its part, the modern fully equipped kitchen has a luxurious island with a glass-ceramic hob and a natural vertical wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.
This accommodation has WIFI, cot, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and 3 televisions (one in the living room and two in bedrooms).

On the ground floor are the common areas and the main bedroom. Entering to the right there is an enormous living room decorated with three beautiful environments, flanked by two large palm trees that give it a summery feel. The living room receives a lot of natural light and has access to a terrace decorated with artificial grass and equipped with a small bench to sit on.
On the left, the kitchen is visible, with a giant and beautiful dining table in a space decorated in vintage style and with a stylish wallpaper. Magazine-like.
Next, the television lounge is located, enormous, with a large L-shaped sofa for 7 people. A true luxury. Large Smart TV.
