This one-bedroom apartment with a capacity of four people offers its guests a great atmosphere in an unbeatable location.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It features air-conditioning and a lovely double bed with decorative headboard.
The living/dining room with adjoining kitchen provides a highly functional space equipped with air-conditioning and a window overlooking an interior courtyard.
The spacious and bright living room comes with a comfortable sofa and a TV.
The modern kitchen is provided with all the utensils and household appliances you may need during your stay.
The bathroom is modern and spacious.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.
Wifi Internet connection provided.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
To take into consideration:
We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly to our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 p.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
