Likewise, this property is located a few minutes walking from tourist and cultural points in Madrid such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.
The apartment:
Spacious and welcoming, it offers all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.
It has capacity for eight people and consists of a full bathroom with shower, a bathroom with a bathtub located en suite, and three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities to ensure a perfect stay.
The charming living room features a television, a sofa, and a double sofa bed, which also integrates the dining area. Likewise, from the living room, you can access a French-style balcony with an exterior view.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
