Steeped in culture and history, very close to the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, ICO Museum of Art and Architecture Exhibitions, Circle of Fine Arts and, of course, the Cibeles Fountain, Cortes is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in the city, just a few metres from the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift, has an area of 200 m², and can accommodate 9 people.
It has four bedrooms. The main bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each of them, and another bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is a single sofa bed. In total, there are 3 full bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom.
Entering, you will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated lounge, with a comfortable sofa and a lovely living area next to a dining room, with an independent kitchen from the lounge, equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park less than 200 metres from the apartment.
To be taken into account:
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause disturbing noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease contract upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

The dining room features a single sofa bed and a foldable double bed of 160x200. It has two tables for 10 diners and a spacious breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and kitchenware necessary for a comfortable and extended stay.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and provide space for a spacious desk. All beds have 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a large shower with thermostatic control, 500 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
