Its privileged location in Cortes, one of the most traditional and historic neighborhoods in the city center, places it close to points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Museum, Art Exhibitions and Architecture, the famous Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or the Retiro Park.
Thanks to its great location, our guests can enjoy just a few minutes walk from some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as the Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose chimes mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Despite being located in an area full of life, with a wide variety of services, bars, restaurants, museums and theaters, the good isolation of the apartments will allow you to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.
Apartment:
This bright and modern 200 m² apartment is located in a renovated 19th century building. It has an elevator and has capacity for 9 people.
The spacious and bright living room, which in turn integrates the dining room space, has a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, two designer chairs and exquisite decorative elements such as lamps, paintings and a rug that give the space distinction and a lot of style.
It has a kitchen independent from the living room, equipped with everything you need to guarantee a 10-star experience: high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
It is distributed in four comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed and another two with two single beds in each of them. In addition, the living room has a single sofa bed. In total there are 3 complete bathrooms with shower, two of them en-suite in two of the rooms, and a toilet.
Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park less than 200 meters away.
Conditioning works will be carried out in the common areas of the building until early spring 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
