Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy just a few minutes walk from some of the most emblematic and photographed places, such as the Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, a symbol of Madrid for residents and tourists.
A few metres from Canalejas square is Alcalá Street, one of the most impressive and busy arteries of Madrid, 11 kilometres long, which at its starting point connects Puerta del Sol with Independence Square and Retiro Park. Along this street there are numerous historical buildings and monuments, such as the Casino of Madrid, the Bank of Spain building, the Alcalá Gate and the Cibeles Fountain.
Its privileged location also allows it to have an excellent connection with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting its proximity to the Sol and Sevilla metro stations, the Sol Cercanías station and the numerous bus lines that depart from there.

The space also integrates the dining area, with an elegant table in neutral colours with space for eight diners and a striking design lamp that stands out as a focal point.
The large American kitchen, strategically separated from the rest of the living room by decorative columns, is equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant central island that invite you to enjoy it at any time of the day.
The three bedrooms are designed and decorated to ensure maximum comfort. The main bedroom has a comfortable and spacious double bed; the second bedroom has a trundle bed, which allows enjoying the space according to the guests' needs and comfort: while the third has two comfortable single beds.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms with a shower, one inside the main bedroom and the second between the other two bedrooms. Additionally, there is a bathroom for the convenience of our guests.
