Just a few steps from Eva Perón Park, a green area in the heart of the city with sports facilities accessible to everyone. Also close to Plaza de las Ventas or the belt of Calle 30. Ideal for all types of people.

It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
