The apartment:
Located in the courtyard of the ground floor of a quiet building, this loft for four people is a haven of peace and silence. Access is through a courtyard with landscaped areas reminiscent of classic Italian courtyards.
The space consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped to meet daily needs. It has two bedrooms with double beds: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, comfortable and bright on a second floor or mezzanine with a separate second bathroom.
The living room overlooks a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and dining at night with the fragrance of jasmine.
With WiFi and an aerothermal system for heating and air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed throughout the year.
