This system does not record conversations or images; it only detects high noise levels. Guests must respect cohabitation rules and rest times at all times.
Before arrival: We ask you to contact our team at least 48 hours before your arrival date and follow the instructions provided to complete the pre-check-in process. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any delays in accessing the apartment resulting from not having completed this procedure in advance.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
