It has two floors, the ground floor, where there is a modern equipped American kitchen, perfect for preparing any type of meal and which is harmoniously integrated with the living room, creating a comfortable and functional environment to relax and enjoy the company.
On this floor, you will also find a toilet, ideal for greater privacy without having to go upstairs. Going up the stairs, you will reach the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. This intimate space has a comfortable double bed to guarantee your rest. From the bedroom, there is access to a charming terrace, offering an outdoor space to enjoy the views and relax outdoors.
Additionally, on the upper floor, you will find the main bathroom, fully equipped and providing comfort. The duplex layout adds a distinctive touch, offering separate areas for day and night life.
The apartment provides a quiet and safe environment for those looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of EUR 50, which must be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
