Description
Located between the Chamartín and the Salamanca districts, 300m away from the Avenida de América, this apartment has easy access to public transportation, the airport and most tourist attractions in the city. Close to the exclusive “Milla de Oro” shopping area, it is surrounded by stores and leisure facilities. The ideal accommodation to enjoy Madrid both on short and long-term visits, whether it’s business or pleasure.
The apartment:
A newly built apartment (2017) in a restored building: brand new!
This outward-facing property is located on the 2nd floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has been designed and equipped to make the most of space and offer maximum guest comfort through high quality furniture.
The living/dining area comes with a single sofa bed, a table that seats 6 and two bunk beds which simply fold away to create space for a large desk. All beds are provided with a 28cm memory foam mattress.
The integrated kitchen has everything you may need during your stay, including a handy counter with two stools.
The bright, welcoming bedroom is provided with a double bed.
There are two modern, comfortable bathrooms, which both come with a large shower with thermostatic valve, unlimited hot water and heated towel rails.
There is fiber-optic Internet, central heating and air conditioning in every room.
The building has 3 lifts and a service lift, however, please note you have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the apartment.
Transport:
Metro: Close to the Cartagena station (400m) – (line 7) and the Alfonso XIII station (400m) – (line 4)
Public parking: 50m away (Calle Clara del Rey, 32).
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
To take into consideration:
We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
