Although it is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere thanks to its good insulation.
Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The property has two bathrooms with shower trays.
The building has an access ramp to the entrance, a lift and a concierge.
To be considered:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
