Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay the moment you enter.
Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation.
Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The property has two bathrooms with shower trays, one located at the entrance and another accessible from the night area.
The building has an access ramp to the lobby, lift, and concierge.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the lounge.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Design, quality and comfort
This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at the Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Entering, on the right-hand side, there is an open space with a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds.
It has two bathrooms with a shower.
