Description
This apartment is in the La Latina neighbourhood, right by Plaza de Tirso de Molina, in a multicultural area of Madrid full of entertainment and leisure activities. It is only a few minutes’ walk from Puerta del sol, Plaza Mayor and Museo Reina Sofía, three of the city’s must-see sights. Guests will find a wide range of restaurants, including some great tapas bars, as well as cafes, shops and entertainment options, including a cinema showing films in English, all only five minutes’ walk away.
The apartment:
This flat is in a renovated 1950s building where all the apartments are rented out for short-term stays.
The building has a lift and the apartments are equipped with all the latest mod cons to ensure optimal comfort: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet and modern kitchens equipped with all the latest appliances.
The MadVille Attic II apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated to offer guests a relaxing stay. There are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a handy open-plan kitchen. It can sleep six: there is a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. Its decor reflects the latest trends in interior design, with lovely, comfortable and simple furniture in a warm combination of colours and materials, as well as magnificent cement-tile floors in the corridor and bathrooms.

Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard

The flat was fully equipped with everything four persons need for a short (or extended) stay in the city. The organization MIT House provided us with a baby cot for no additional charge, thanks again. The flat was quiet and located in the fourth floosee more

The organization MIT House provided us with a baby cot for no additional charge, thanks again. The flat was quiet and located in the fourth floor with two terraces. The elevator was small and we had to folt the stroller, but that's how it is. :)

One evening we were sitting together and made conversation. As there were two babys sleeping in the rooms next to the kitchen, we paied attention to be quiet in order to not wake them up. Sometimes they woke up, but because they were hungry. Anyway, see more
One evening we were sitting together and made conversation. As there were two babys sleeping in the rooms next to the kitchen, we paied attention to be quiet in order to not wake them up. Sometimes they woke up, but because they were hungry. Anyway, starting from 10pm we received two threatening WhatsApp messages to be more quiet or the organization will keep our deposit. Later at roughly 11:30pm a night watchman rang at our door and told us about the apparent disturbance. He told us that he could not find anything loud in our conversations and that he will note his observations for the organization. Furthermore, we already mentioned that there will be two six months old babys in the appartment, beeing completely quiet was not possible.
I wrote a WhatsApp message and an Email to clarify the situation, but both were never answered. To improve your service, you could answer your messages or mails more assiduously and prove any accusations before taking actions. |
