The Apartment:
Located in a renovated 1950s building, in which all its apartments are dedicated to short stays, making it also ideal for large groups. Designed, renovated and decorated to the highest quality for an impeccable stay. Equipped with everything necessary for maximum comfort. Lift, air conditioning, heating, WiFi internet, as well as complete kitchen equipment with all appliances.
The apartment has 4 independent bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious living room with a dining area and a very comfortable open kitchen. It can accommodate 10 people in 2 double beds, 4 single beds and a double sofa bed.
The decoration has been carried out applying aesthetic criteria adapted to the latest trends, with beautiful, comfortable and simple furniture. Combining colours through the furniture and construction materials. Highlighting important details such as the use of beautiful hydraulic floors in the bathrooms and the hallway. The kitchens are of high quality and modern with the latest innovations. A great success.

The central heating is subject to schedules set by the community. The schedules are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
