The Antonio López apartment is located in the south of Madrid, near Matadero. Well connected by metro and by bus to the city center, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close.
Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a bike path and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, playing sports, disconnecting, next to the Antonio López shopping center, Museo del Matadero , a space that hosts shows and contemporary exhibitions.
Apartment:
It is located in a building with an elevator, on the top floor. It has Wi-Fi connection. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!
It has an area of 85 m², consists of three bedrooms, has capacity for seven people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space with fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron , dryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both have a shower with a screen.
The main room is very bright, has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second room, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds. The third room has a bed.
It has underfloor heating and cooling, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioners.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking within 200 meters of the apartment.
Apartment has a large terrace with automatic awning.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
