Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a cycle lane and space to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, doing sports, disconnecting, with the Antonio López shopping centre and the Matadero Museum next to it, a space that hosts contemporary shows and exhibitions.
The apartment:
Is located in a building with a lift, on the second floor. It has WiFi connection. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!
It has a surface area of 75 m², consists of two bedrooms, has capacity for six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space that has a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a beautiful dining table.
The independent, modern and bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower enclosure.
The main bedroom is very bright, it has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds.
It has cooling and heating through underfloor heating, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols
