It is a building situated very close to Bravo Murillo street and Reina Victoria avenue, which has an excellent location especially for those visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on the Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is located the well-known Maravillas Market, one of the largest supply markets in Europe where many of the best chefs in the city acquire their products. The kitchen, integrated with the living room, presents a modern design and is fully equipped with all kinds of necessary appliances.
The flat has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find a public car park a short distance from the apartment.
