This spacious apartment with capacity for 8 people is located on the the floor of a building without elevator.
It offers three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for a comfortable rest. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy. The spacious living-dining room features a double sofa bed, providing flexible options for occupancy.
The kitchen, with a modern design and fully equipped with kitchen utensils and different appliances, invites you to prepare delicious meals with family or friends.
Equipped with air conditioning and central heating ensuring a pleasant environment in any season.
In addition, connectivity is guaranteed with WIFI access.
This space offers amenities for a comfortable stay.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
