It offers three cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for a comfortable rest. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy. The large living-dining room has a double sofa bed, providing flexible options for occupancy.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances invites you to prepare delicious meals with family or friends.
Equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a pleasant environment in any season.
Furthermore, connectivity is guaranteed with WIFI access.

The building is undergoing renovation work inside.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
