The apartment is very practical, located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is an interior apartment, which means it is characterized by being a very quiet place where you can rest.
As soon as you enter, you will find a modern kitchen fully equipped and open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and everything necessary to cook during your stay in Madrid. The living room has a double sofa bed.
The apartment has two double bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed with a canape and a full bathroom with a shower. The maximum capacity of the dwelling is 6 people.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
There is WiFi and heating in all rooms. It does not have air conditioning.
