Ideal to enjoy the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
It is just 2 minutes from the Fuente del Berro park, beautiful for a walk.

It is a study completely renovated in 2021.
This apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access from the street and can accommodate 4 people. It is designed and equipped to efficiently use space and offer maximum comfort thanks to high-end furniture and equipment.
The room has a double sofa bed and a double bed in a mezzanine to which it will be necessary to climb the stairs that appear in the photographs and a desk by the window. The American-style integrated kitchen has all the appliances and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay. It has a washer-dryer.
The apartment has a comfortable and modern bathroom with a shower and window. The hot water system is by thermos. The apartment has a portable air conditioner.
There is fiber optic internet and electric heating.
Transport:
Metro: Near Manuel Becerra station (250m) - (lines 2 and 6)
Public parking: 250m (Calle del Dr. Esquerdo, 8).
BiciMAD: station 108, 400m.
The apartment is about 37 m2.
