Its streets offer a combination of tradition and innovation: typical local spots seamlessly blend with fashionable shops, theatres, fancy bars and restaurants for all tastes.

The apartment is tastefully-furnished, is newly built, and is 59 m².
It is located 190 m from the "Tirso de Molina, 28012 Madrid" metro, 240 m from the "La Redicha, C. de Lavapiés, 25." restaurant, 290 m from the "Antón Martín, 28012 Madrid" metro, 300 m from the supermarket " Supermarkets Dia, C. de Atocha, 22, 28012 Madrid", 300 m from the restaurant "La Rollerie, C. de Atocha, 20.", 450 m from the restaurant "Amano, Pl. de Matute, 4.", 700 m from the "Sol, 28013 Madrid" train station, 700 m from the "Sol, 28013 Madrid" bus station, 20 km from the "Aeropuerto Madrid-Barajas T4, 28042 Madrid" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban Casse.
It has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning, 1 TV.
The open-plan induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard

El apartamento es muy bonito y el edificio tb. Pero ruidoso lógicamente por su ubicación. Tb se escucha ruido de ducha/ agua etc del apartamento de alado. Se ve q está nuevo. Obviando estos detalles está muy bien y super céntrico

Se agradece tener un poco de sal/ aceite abridor vino y vasos grande para poder tomar algún gintonic, raspador de vitro y bayeta .Cuesta abrir y cerrar la puerta. Falta de espacio para tener ropa doblada, calcetines y calzoncillos.
