Located in the heart of the Golden Mile, on the well-known Calle Hermosilla, a residential, central and high standing area next to the most important avenues of the city: Calle Lagasca, Goya, Velázquez and Núñez de Balboa. Where the best fashion boutiques, restaurants and business centers are located, in the heart of Barrio de Salamanca - one of the most sought after areas of Madrid. Therefore, it is an especially suitable choice for monthly work or leisure stays.
Apartment:
Located in a classic building in the area, it has a doorman. It is an apartment located on the 4th floor with lots of light and a super pleasant atmosphere, perfect for resting. It has 3 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people, a comfortable office, two full bathrooms and a toilet. The bedrooms have a double bed in the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large dressing room, a second and third bedroom have three single beds and desks. Living room has a large and comfortable sofa. A kitchen open to the living room and separated by a high island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. All bathrooms are spacious and have a shower or a bathtub.
This apartment has been decorated in a sophisticated and practical way so that the guests feel comfortable. The apartment has an elevator, air conditioning in all facilities, washer and dryer.
The apartment has internet, Smart TV and the possibility of connecting Netflix, HBO, Spotify, YouTube or any app for television.
The apartment is very quiet since it faces a part without traffic, close to cafes with very nice terraces and supermarkets 2 min. A luxury to enjoy Madrid to the fullest.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking within 50 meters of the apartment.
Please, contact us 48 hours before your arrival to organize the check-in process, it will also be necessary to check in online, within the MIT House application in order to have access to the apartment. We recommend that you carry out this procedure before your arrival.
The guest agrees to respect the residents of the adjoining apartments and to avoid making loud noises at any time of the day (such as parties, loud music, shouting, etc.). If the above conditions are not met by the client, this may result in an immediate expulsion from the apartment. If there is a noise violation after 10:00 p.m., it could result not only in the intervention of Roomonitor but also in a penalty of EUR 200.00.
