Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.
On entering the apartment to the right, there’s a fully equipped kitchen provided with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and everything you may need to cook. On the left, you can access the first double bedroom, which is provided with a double bed.
The living area is tastefully decorated and comes with a double bed and a dining table.
The sleeping area comprises two additional bedrooms, a twin and a double, both boasting a lovely décor in light tones.
The bathroom comes with a shower and there’s a handy guest toilet.
Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room.
The baby crib is subject to availability.
